While I'm are waiting for the tyres to arrive with the help of a friend, we modified the stock airbox & created a custom 3A Racing Short-Ram-Intake. Throttle response is now improved & added a few extra kW.

1st Photoshoot

Ofcourse after kit is installed, car is looking a lot meaner. It also means time for a photoshoot.

Time for DIY

It is now end of July, good news is kit is painted. However bad news is my installer "attempted" to install my Mugen lip-kit & declared job was too hard. I have no choice but to take my kit home & DIY install.

With the assistance with friends, we managed to install the kit in 1 day & 1 afternoon.

Day 1
Rear lip is installed with Sikaflex & screws for additional support. Jacks used to hold lip in position while Sikaflex glue dries.

Day 2
In one afternoon called friends over & DIY'd drilling & installation of front lip, side skirts & Mugen Wing

Mugen kit is now installed. End of May 2008.

The waiting game

Another 3 months has passed, kit is still in Workshop waiting to be painted & installed. I keep hearing excuses that the panel beater is too busy & will get it done next week.
